Floor preparation and screeding

We provide few different types of screed and we can help you select the right one

Fiber reinforced sand and cement floor screed

Polypropylene fibres are added and evenly dispersed in a screed mix. This helps to minimise shrinkage and cracking.

Higher strength sand and cement floor screed

These screeds achieve high strengths and are used in buildings which are to receive high levels of foot traffic.

Quick drying sand and cement floor screed

These screeds contain additives which enable the screed to dry more quickly so that floor coverings can be laid sooner.

Bonding screed

Bonded screed is a mix that is fully bonded to the substrate with a bonding agent. Typically, this type of screed is used for projects where heavy loading will be a common occurrence.

Liquid screed

Liquid (or flow) screed become a fairly standard flooring product. It's a thick liquid mix that's applied by pouring or pumping from a mixing truck straight onto the area of (usually) concrete to be covered. It is designed to provide a smooth level surface in both commercial and domestic buildings and properties prior to the application of floor finishes.

Floor Preparation

There are several floor surface preparation methods. These include shot blasting, diamond grinding, scarifying and crack and joint repairs. We prepare floor surface by requirements of clients.
